Medical Advisor, Hematology

Act as the medical lead for hematology pipelines, assist or lead clinical strategy development.
Be responsible for KOL engagement, including KOL identification, relationship maintain and deepening, leading discussion for medically related topics with KOLs, participating in Investigator meetings/Advisory board meetings and attending medical conferences as the company representative.
Serve as the medical monitor for the assigned studies, working jointly with the internal and external study teams.
Provide scientific and medical expertise for the development of key documents for clinical trials, including clinical plans, trial protocols, statistical analysis plans, informed consent forms, case report forms, investigator's brochures, clinical study reports and other regulatory documents for submission with other line functions, including proof reading of translation for the medically related content.
Provide medical training to internal study teams, external vendors and site personnel as needed.
Provide medical expertise in patient safety monitoring in collaboration with CRO medical personnel and site investigators.
Provide necessary support remotely or on-site to site personnel during trial execution as needed to ensure their compliance of study protocol required medically related procedures.
Perform regular clinical data review and assist in the data publications for assigned studies.
Act as a liaison between study teams and independent data monitoring committees or steering committees when applicable.
Medical intelligence gathering, analysis and sharing as assigned.
Provide necessary support to other line functions as needed.
Master or above in clinical medicine with a medical degree in hematology.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience in hematology.
Experience in cell and gene therapy is highly preferred.
Experience in clinical research is a plus.
Good knowledge of hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) procedure.
Competent in written and oral Mandarin and English.
Good team player and fast learner.
Willing to travel frequently (approximately 30%~40% during patient treatment period).
